Introduction and Week 4 (Four) PE Challenges

 

Remember to email your results on the 'HOME SCHOOL LEARNING' with the title

Week 4 Challenge:

The Twelve Minute Run:

 

For this weeks challenge, we want you to see how long you can jog for before having to stop tor rest.

 

All you need to do for this challenge is get a stopwatch or timer and see if you can run/jog continuously for 12 minutes. As soon as you feel the need to stop for a rest, take down your time.

 

Try this again later on, and see if you can beat you time.
