Council Chambers Visit
What a wonderful day we have had visiting our Local Council Chambers! Our School Council met the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Staffordshire, visited his parlour where they learnt lots about their role's within our city. Following this, we were lucky enough to go and sit int the Council Chambers and debate our current topic of playground equipment! The debate, which was chaired by Cllr Beardmore, allowed our children the opportunity to debate in a real-life debate setting, something that they are passionate about changing in our school.
