Welcome to Year 2! 

Welcome to year 2, your teacher is Mr Sinnott and Mrs Fernando supports our learning.

P.E Days

Our PE days is on Thursday. We will be having P.E with Mr Walker from ASM in the morning, and with Mrs Yates in the afternoon. The children are to come to school wearing their P.E kit on this day, and also have any earrings removed too. Thank you!

Uniform

Please ensure that children have each piece of their uniform clearly labelled to avoid losing them. 

Water

Where possible, please send your child in with a water bottle, even a plastic one. We have a limited number of cups in the classroom and to avoid them sharing and to keep them healthy, we advise they have a personal bottle. 

Lunches

All KS1 children are entitled to free school meals. The hot dinner changes daily (see the Sutherland Sentinel for the weekly menu) with jacket potatoes and sandwiches/ wraps/ rolls with a range of fillings available every day. Children are also welcome to bring a home packed lunch.
