Wiggle me into squiggle

During our spring term we have taken part in "Wiggle me into squiggle"

"Wiggle me in to Squiggle is everything a very young child needs to improve their early developmental movements to make them a strong writer. It is essential we move our very young children as much as possible, but to become an early writer the child needs to experience a specific set of developmental moves to strengthen muscles and their brain." Written by Shonette Bason Ltd/ Spread the happiness

During these daily sessions the children hold a “flapper” in each hand and follow movements along to movement, using and developing their gross motor movements. Examples of these movements are up, down, circle, crawling and rolling.
